Website Accessibility Audits & VPAT

Perceivable. Operable. Understandable. Robust. That is our aim for your website — and the four principles every audit is built on.

  • WCAG 2.2 AA
  • ADA Title II & III
  • Section 508
  • EAA (EU 2019/882)
  • UK Public Sector Regulations 2018

What you get

We examine your website's compliance with the WCAG success criteria and deliver a comprehensive report with clear recommendations for remediation — prioritised so your team knows exactly where to start.

We follow an objective, structured, thorough methodology to uncover accessibility violations according to the standard appropriate for your situation, whether that's the ADA in the US, the EAA in the EU, or the Equality Act and public sector regulations in the UK.

Our approach

  • Simple — findings explained in plain language your whole team can act on
  • Clear — every issue mapped to a WCAG success criterion
  • Affordable — a solution designed to be quick to roll out, not to inflate scope
  • Credible — manual expert review, not just automated scanning

VPAT / ACR

VPAT and Accessibility Conformance Reports

If you sell to US government, education or enterprise buyers, you will be asked for a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) — the industry-standard document that, once completed, becomes your Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR). Procurement teams use it to assess how your product conforms to WCAG 2.2, Section 508 and EN 301 549 before they buy.

We develop VPAT/ACR documentation based on genuine expert evaluation, not a box-ticking exercise. Our accessibility specialists assess your product criterion by criterion — combining automated checks with manual testing using JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack — so every conformance claim in your ACR is evidenced and defensible.

What's included

  • Full conformance evaluation — manual and automated audit of your product against WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508 and EN 301 549 criteria
  • VPAT completed in ACR format — accurate conformance levels with clear remarks and explanations for every criterion
  • Formal accessibility statement — a public-facing statement to accompany your product or website
  • Remediation guidance — a prioritised plan for closing any gaps found during the evaluation, plus support for digital accessibility policy and procurement-alignment procedures
