Who we are
iAccessDigital was formed to provide expert services in the field of digital accessibility. We are a group of senior-level executives and technology experts catering to the growing needs of clients for accessibility expertise and program implementation.
We work with our clients to create an affordable solution, with the highest level of quality and expertise. Our service approach is designed to maintain business continuity, without any disruption.
The team has 20+ years of combined expertise in digital accessibility and has worked on the development of industry standards and compliance guidance, as well as management and leadership throughout the disability and publishing communities. Our team works throughout the US, UK and EU, deploying technology solutions to collaborate seamlessly.
Our goal is to provide content with the proper care and effort in its design, technology and media structures, so that people with disabilities can achieve the same level of independence and self-determination that most people simply take for granted.
Our founder
Will Awad is the founder and director of iAccessDigital and a leading advocate for inclusive digital content. With a background in academic publishing, IT and publishing services, Will advises organisations worldwide on WCAG, ADA, EAA and PDF/UA compliance, overseeing accessibility audits and document remediation for formats including PDFs and EPUBs.
Under his leadership, iAccessDigital was awarded a place on Washington State's Department of Enterprise Services cooperative contract (02024) for Document Accessibility & PDF Remediation, providing services to public entities across the state. iAccessDigital has also been awarded a contract under the Publications Office of the European Union's call for tenders for Printing, Premedia, Multichannel and PDF Remediation Services (178/2025), providing remediation services for accessibility in PDF publications, documents and forms.
A W3C member and frequent conference speaker, Will believes accessibility is about more than compliance — it's about ensuring everyone can participate fully in the digital world.
